RE Teaching and Learning at Our School
RE teaching at St Charles’ is fully inclusive and is respectful of all faiths and cultures. We acknowledge the wider community and we are ambitious in teaching our pupils about British values so they are proud of the multi cultural country they live in.
Our curriculum plans for the teaching of RE include:
We are in the process of adopting the new Religious Education Directory (RED) which will become statutory in September 2026.
The curriculum is organised into six branches – coinciding with the six half terms of the academic year.
